Abstract: This paper aim to produce the psychological diagnosis for globalization depend on the theory and concepts of psychology, and discover the globalization techniques and strategy are effect on the culture identity. So, some results of this paper are:  The globalization is Americanism “the world on light of American style of life”.  The American thought are consist of the two major rocks, 1est is pragmatism and the 2ed is behaviorism.  Change the local attitude to global attitude.  Change the human imagination by the virtual community, cyber culture, and cyber space. *) أستاذ مشارك، قسم علم النفس، كلية التربية، جامعة الملك سعود.  ٣   The globalization are useful from some psychological concepts such as, operant conditioning & shaping (by: Skinner, B.F), modeling (By: Bandura, A.), the effect law (By: Thorndike), and the expository organizers (By: Ausbel).  Finley, there are negative effect on culture identity by American globalization.
