هدفت هذه الدراسة إلي تصميم برنامج تدريبي في مكونات الذكاء الوجداني لدي معلمي التاريخ وبعد التأكد من سلامته البنائية يتم تطبيقه علي المعلمين ومن ثم قياس أثر ذلك علي تنمية المهارات الاجتماعية والتعاطف لدي تلاميذ الصف الخامس الابتدائي وكذلك اتجاههم نحو المادة وذلك خلال بناء ادوات الدراسة الممثلة في مقياس الذكاء الوجداني لقياس فعالية البرنامج التدريبي علي المعلمين ومقياس المهارات الاجتماعية والتعاطف لقياس أثر البرنامج التدريبي ومقياس الاتجاه نحو المادة وبعد التحقق من صدق وثبات الادوات تم التطبيق علي مجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة قبليا لتحديد المستوي بينهما حيث لاتوجد فروق ذو دلالة بينهما وأن ظهرت في التطبيق البعدي للادوات بعد تنفيذ البرنامج علي المجموعة التجريبية حيث اكدت علي فعالية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية الذكاء الوجداني لدي معلمي التاريخ مما كان له أثره علي تلاميذهم في تنمية كل من المهارات الاجتماعية والتعاطف وكذلك زيادة مستوي اتجاههم نحو مادة التاريخ وقد أوصت الدراسة بأهمية تصميم برامج تدريبية في مكونات الذكاء الوجداني لدي معلمي المواد الدراسية من أجل تنمية قدرات ومهارات هذا الذكاء لديهم وكذلك تصميم منهج من أجل إعداد معلمي كليات التربية علي كيفية تدريس مكونات هذا الذكاء وكيفية تحقيق اكسابه وتنميتة لدي المتعلمين0 The effectiveness of a training program in the history teachers' emotional intelligence components and its effect on developing the fifth grade primary pupils' social skills, empathy and attitude towards subject ABSTRACT The present study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of a training program in the emotional intelligence components among the history teachers and its effect on developing the social skills, empathy and attitude towards subject among the fifth grade primary pupils. The review of literature and the pilot study revealed that there is a lack in the affective domain, social skills and empathy. That was why the present study was conducted. The four study tools included a general emotional intelligence scale for history teachers, a social skills scale for fifth grade primary pupils, empathy scale for fifth grade primary pupils, and a scale of attitude towards history. The study sample consisted of 20 history teachers teaching history to the fifth grade primary pupils, and 255 pupils. The latter was divided into two groups: experimental (n= 130 and control (n=125). After verifying the validity and reliability of the study tools, they were conducted to the study sample. The study findings and results showed that the suggested training program was effective for the history teachers as well as its effect on their pupils in the development of social skills, empathy and attitude towards subject. Based on the study results, some recommendations and suggestions were presented.
