Modified Rowe score improved from a mean of 33.42 points preoperatively to 87.12 points postoperatively. Conclusion Latarjet procedure in young adult Athletes is an effective, successful, safe and reliable procedure with respect to recurrence rate, range of motion, and shoulder function.
