Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلي إعداد برنامج لتنمية الذكاء الوجداني لطلاب الجامعة والكشف عن فعالية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية التفكير الناقد وتعديل المعتقدات اللاعقلانية ، وبلغ عدد المجموعة التجريبية (20 ) طالبة من طالبات كلية التربية في العام الجامعي (2011 / 2012 م ) وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في مقياس الذكاء الوجداني من إعداد (Golman&Boyatzis,2007) وترجمة الباحثة ، واختبار كاليفورنيا للتفكير الناقد(2000 ) ترجمة وتقنين عبدالعال عجوة وعادل البنا ، واختبار المعتقدات اللاعقلانية من اعداد محمد إبراهيم غنيم (2002 ) وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلي وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي القياسين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية في الذكاء الوجداني والتفكير الناقد لصالح القياس البعدي ، كما وجدت فروق بين متوسطي القياسين القبلي والبعدي في المعتقدات اللاعقلانية لصالح القياس القبلي مما يشير إلي فعالية البرنامج المقدم في الدراسة .
The present study aimed to develop a program to develop the emotional intelligence of the university students and to uncover the effectiveness of the training program in the development of critical thinking and the modification of irrational beliefs, and the number of experimental group (20) female students of the Faculty of Education in the academic year(2011-2012 ) The study tools were based on the Intelligence Intelligence Scale (Golman & Boyatzis, 2007) translated by the researcher And the California Test of Critical Thinking (2000), translation and codification of Abdel-'Aal Ajwa and Adel El-Banna, The Test of Irrational Beliefs by Mohamed Ibrahim Ghoneim (2002) The results of the study indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the mean and post-experimental measures of the experimental group in emotional intelligence and critical thinking for the benefit of telemetry. Differences between the mean and remote measurements of irrational beliefs were also found in favor of tribal measurement, indicating the effectiveness of the program presented in the study.
