Abstract
This research is aiming to know the restrictions attitude in the Egyptian Federation for Judo through comprehensive evaluation and presenting suggestions which has been sustain federation to execute his work to present international and Olympic Judo sport.
Researchers are using survey descriptive curriculum to its suitable to achieve research aims and its matching to the nature of research and its procedures.
Sample of research has been choosing by randomly purposive method between administration counsel members of the Egyptian federation for Judo, Ikido, Somo and areas, managers and trainers.
Research has been reaching to:
- Federation aims are need to reformation which has been matching with available requirements and variables.
- It hasn t been existing clarify long range strategy for federation.
- Regulatory structure hasn t been matching with work requirements.
- Other responsibilities of leaders are affecting on their work inside the federation.
- The approach of leaderships and continuance isn t on adequate approach.
- It has no existence of control to representatives performance to perform planning
