Abstract
The paper describes a method for digital-computer analysis of
electrical inductive loads composed of two parallel circuits controlled by a thyristor pair or a triac. The differential equations describing the system performance, in both the conducting and non-conducting modes of thyristors operation, are developed. A computer program for solving these equations, using a 4th order Runge-Kutta method, is described.
