هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوي الحكمة والدافعية الأخلاقية لدي طلاب الجامعة كذلك الكشف عن العلاقة بين الحكمة وأبعادها والدافعية الأخلاقية بالإضافة إلي الكشف عن إمكانية التنبؤ بالدافعية الأخلاقية من الحكمة وأبعادها المختلفة ، ومعرفة تأثير المتغيرات الديموغرافية ( الجنس والتخصص الدراسي) في الحكمة والدافعية الأخلاقية ، واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس تطور الحكمة من إعداد (Brown & Green,2006 ) وقام علاء الدين أيوب وأسامة عبدالمجيد (2013 ) بتقنينه علي البيئة العربية ، ومقياس (Kaplan, & Tivnan, 2014) لقياس الدافعية الأخلاقية ترجمة وتقنين الباحثة الحالية ، وتكونت عينة الدراسة بشكلها النهائي من ( 400 ) طالبا وطالبة بكلية التربية ببنها ( 319 من الإناث ، و81 من الذكور ) في العام الجامعي 2016 / 2017 م ، وقد أظهرت النتائج تطورا متوسطا في كل من الحكمة والدافعية الأخلاقية ، كما وجدت علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين أبعاد الحكمة والدافعية الأخلاقية ، كما أسفر تحليل الإنحدار المتعدد عن إسهام كل من المعرفة الذاتية والإيثار والمشاركة الملهمة في التنبؤ بالدافعية الأخلاقية ، كما أسفر تحليل التباين عن عدم وجود تأثيرات دالة لكل من الجنس والتخصص الدراسي في كل من الحكمة والدافعية الأخلاقية .
The present study aimed at revealing the level of wisdom and moral motivation of the university students. It also revealed the relation between wisdom and its dimensions and moral motivation. It also revealed the possibility of predicting the moral motivation of the wisdom and its different dimensions, and the knowledge of the effect of demographic variables on wisdom. The final sample consisted on(400) male(81 ) and female(319) The last year students in the Faculty of Education,Benha Unuversity,during the university year( 2016-2017) The study tools were wisdom Development Scale ( Brown & Green,2009 )translated into Arabic by Alaeddin Ayoub and Osama Abdul Majeed (2013) and Moral Motivation scale ((Kaplan, & Tivnan, 2014) translated into Arabic by present reasearcher The results showed moderate evolution in both wisdom and moral motivation, and there was a statistically significant correlation between dimensions of wisdom and moral motivation. The analysis of multiple regression resulted in the contribution of self-knowledge, altruism, and inspirational participation in the prediction of moral motivation. The effects of both gender and academic specialization in both wisdom and moral motivation not found .
