الملخص
The research aims to identify the impact of high-intensity training program dealing with anti-oxidation of free ion and the standard of performance in athletics to the students of secondary school sports, and used the experimental curriculum, and the sample size was (40) pupils allocated Sports secondary school sports Qaliubia Governorate, has been divided into two experimental and female strength each pupil was (20) after a sample homogeneity between the research.
Distillations:
• The high-intensity training program with the oxidation of ion batteries has a positive impact on the ion and free of all variables (Glutathione oxidant, Glutathione named, Malandialdehyed).
• Vitamin (c) as anti-oxidation help to eliminate the so-called pressure oxidation (Oxidative Tress), in which case the superiority of free ion (the ability of anti-oxidation).
The Recommendations:
• The use of high-intensity training program to deal with anti-oxidation of vitamin (c) the training of students in secondary school sports in the Sport allocated Athletics.
• The need to address vitamin (c) as anti-oxidation in the performance of high-intensity exercises.
