Abstract
This paper describes the application of the second method of Lyapunov for solving the transient stability problems of multimachine power systems using a parallel micro processors technique. This technique is based on partitioning the power system into sub-systems , each is simulated using one micro processor . A central processor is then used to control the date transfer between all micro processors
