Abstract
The purpose of this study is to recognize the effect of a counseling program on improving adjustment of mothers who abuse their mentally retarded children.
A sample of ( 10 ) mothers and ( 10 ) mentally ertarded male childrens has been used, Two scales for adjustment and child abuse were used to measure the target variables.
