The aim of this study in to nature of relationship between the emotional intelligence and stressfull among of sample of university, and there are differences of statistical repenence between males and females on the emotional intelligence and stressfull. The sample of the study consisted of (100) mal and female, two scales for emotional intelligence. And stressfull. The results of the study turned out to be: There is negative relationship of statistical reference between emotional intelligence and stressfull among sample of university. There are differences with statistical reference between students at the level of stressfull, on scale for emotional intelligence that is in favour stressfull low level. There are differences with statistical reference between the male and females at the level of emotional intelligence. There are differences with statistical reference between the male and females at the level of stressfull. Findings of this research have been discussed in the light of theoretical background.
