الملخص
This thesis is atheorptical and empirical study , that focuses on
measuring the level of Emotional Intelligence that managers at BENHA
University have , and the level of Organizational commitment that their
followers have . In addition to determining the relationship between the
managers Emotional Intelligence and their followers organizational
commitment .
#Research Objective .
1- to explain the concept of emotional intelligence and organizational
commitment lits Dimensions ,Relationships, and Effects ) by review
relevant theories .
2- to explore the relationship between emotional intelligence and
organizational commitment .
3-Identifying the difference of emotional intelligence level among
managers according to difference in gender .
4- Identifying the difference of organizational commitment levels among
employees according to difference in gender
#HYPOTHESES OF STUDY :
1- there is appositive significant relationship between managers
emotional intelligence and employees organizational commitment .
