Abstract
The research aims to statement the relationship between muscular balance and the level of performance of the wrestlers ,where the researcher used the descriptive method on a sample of (54) player of them (48) player for basic study and number (6 players) of the survey, and the researcher choose the sample of the search intentionally ,the researcher divide sample into three different weight categories and
- Category of light weight and it contains the following weights (50-55, 60, 66 kg)
- category of medium weight and it contains the following weights (74, 84 kg)
- Category of heavy weight and it contains the following weights (96, over 97: 120 kg)
the most important results indicated that statistically significant correlation between muscle balance variable of different joints and the performance level of low- twisting and high - twisting skills through the model consisting of the peak torque flexion and peak torque extension and the ratio between the flexion and extension and the flexion acceleration time and the extension acceleration time .
