Abstract

The coluh.£UU!' suut graft provides satisfactory structural tip support and dimen· wl changes in crural length. Shield grafting causes augmentation in --!obular segment. If minor dimensional changes with more rotational I~ns are planned, tip suture techniques should be preferred
