Abstract
Improving thephotovoltaicperformanceofCdSequantumdotssensitizedsolarcells
(QDSSCs)using0.2wt%ofsinglewalledcarbonnanotubes/Titania(SWCNTs/TiO2) nano-
compositephotoanodeisreported.TheseSWCNTs/TiO2 nanocompositefilmswere
prepared bymechanicalmixingandspreadonthephotoanodebyadoctorblademethod.
The currentdensity–voltage(J–V) characteristiccurvesofsuchassembledQDSSCswere

those basedonplainTiO2 NPs photoanodeunderaAM1.5simulatedsunlightandfor

SWCNTs/TiO2 nanocompositephotoanodeisduetotheenhancementintheabsorptionof
