Abstract

Teaching style is considered one of the most effective factors in outlets of educational process, hence this style has likely negative or positive effects in terms of students' learning and their growing in different sides. With regard to this importance, many of researchers are brought to their attention to study the teaching styles. Teaching style correlates with the personality of the teacher, so the variety of the teaching style of the teacher due to the difference and diversity in their characteristics. Emotional Intelligence is also considered one of the most preferred emotional characteristics to the teacher's personality and impact the teaching style adopted by the teacher. Thus; the teacher who marks by emotional balance is characterized by self- restrain, self- calmness, not be disaffected, doesn't obligate the students to learn, not be cruel during the teaching situations, provide to them the calmness, kindliness, patience and understanding while their learning, be most interested with his students, and help them. All of these emotional characteristics reflect the teacher's style that he adopts in the teaching process. As well, teacher's self efficacy is considered one of the most significant personal characteristics (non-cognitive) affected his behavior. Concerning to the cognitive self efficacy , it plays an important role in types of thinking, manners, and emotion and also it contributes in behavior change and accordingly; the efficacy degree determines the expected behavior from the individual. Consequently; the teacher self efficacy influences clearly in the teaching style adopted by the teacher where it matches his own beliefs.
