Abstract
A systematic approach is presented for the design of FLEISCHER and LAKER "Neural" SC-biquad using TANK and HOPFIELD "neural" model. The method is based on a comparison using circuit theory analysis. The design of a "neuron" cell using switched – capacitor techniques is considered in detail. A "neural" SC – biquad circuit architecture based on a reduced set of basic building blocks is presented. Simulation results using "SPICE" for a design example for bandpass (B.P) biquad filter are included, illustrating the validity of the proposed technique
