The Egyptian government has done a lot of efforts in the field of building low cost housing for youth using the most modern technological systems of building construction to achieve low cost, quick finishing as well as high quality.
There was a project to construct low cost housing units in the low-cost building zone in 6 October City by using the most modern technologies in that field.
How ever these systems faced difficulties and the remaining units of the low-cost housing area were assigned to the national Chinese company which used a very simple traditional construction system with good management.
This has been observed and recorded to follow, apply and benefit from through national Egyptian companies.
