Abstract
The aim of the present study was to visualize efficacy of therapeutic behavioral program for achieving changes in crucial symptoms of autistic children. A simple of (20) male’s children were diagnosed with autistic spectrum disorders (ASDs) in a Centre of Misrata city of special needs. They were divided into two groups, experimental, and control each one consisted of (6) children. Intensive sessions (48) individuals of the Experimental group submitted to strategies of behavior modification of reinforcement, encouraging, modeling, shaping, role playing and feedback. Findings showed significant differences between two groups pre-posttest on impulsivity, similar results were found pre-posttest of the experimental group of the target symptoms impulsivity, inattention and on the total score. Improved performance when rewards and reinforcement were delivered which proved the efficacy of the remedial program in reducing motor hyperactivity of (ASDs) children of experimental group whereas no such differences were found among the control one.
