يهدف هذا البحث الي اعداد كتيب الكتروني تفاعلي للهواتف الذكية ومعرفة تأثيره علي تعلم مهارة الخطف للمبتدئين في رياضة رفع الاثقال . وقد استخدام الباحث المنهج التجريبي لملائمته لطبيعة هذا البحث باستخدام التصميم التجريبي ذو القياس القبلي والبعدي لمجموعتين احداهما تجريبية والاخرى ضابطة . حيث تم اختيار مجتمع البحث من طلاب الفرقة الأولي بكلية التربية الرياضية جامعة بنها والبالغ عددهم (257) طالبا، ثم قام الباحث باختيار عينة عشوائية من مجتمع البحث بلغ عددها (50) طالب, تم تقسيمهم الى مجموعتين احداهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة قوام كل مجموعة (25) طالبا بالإضافة الى عدد (20) طالب كعينة استطلاعية وجدول (1) يوضح تصنيف مجتمع البحث.ومن اهم نتائج هذا البحث ان الكتيب الالكترونى له اثر ايجابى ودلالة معنوية على تعلم مهارة الخطف للطلاب . الكلمات المفتاحية: كتيب إلكتروني، الهواتف الذكية، مهارة الخطف، رياضة رفع الأثقال. Summary: This research aims to prepare an interactive electronic booklet for smart phones and know its impact on learning the skill of kidnapping for beginners in the sport of weightlifting. The researcher used the experimental method to suit the nature of this research using experimental design of pre and post measurement for two groups, one experimental and the other control. Where the research community was selected from the students of the first group at the Faculty of Physical Education, University of Banha, the number (257) students, and then the researcher selected a random sample of the research community numbered (50) students, were divided into two groups, one experimental and the other control the strength of each group (25 In addition to the number of (20) students as a survey sample and table (1) shows the classification of the research community.
