The research aims at recognizing the effect on education program suggested for some "the Foil" sports skills and modifying the aggressive behavior among sheltering institution children. The researcher used the experimental method the one group design, and applied the basic experiment on number (5) children as random sample reconnaissance, and (10) children of the core sample, and after collection of data, and the statistical processing. The results showed: that the proposed education program is having positive impact in modifying aggressive behavior institutionalized children shelter, education program and proposed positive impact on the level and effective performance skills, despite the degree of difficulty in dealing with children in residential institutions for this stage of the Sunni sample search.
