Abstract

In this paper, finite element method is used for modeling of 433MHz one port SAW resonator. The simulation process performed using COMSOL in 2D models. Impedance, admittance and scattering parameters for SAWR with 2 electrodes are predicted. The equivalent circuit parameters of one port SAW resonator extracted from FEM results which considered as a contribution.
