Abstract
2-Amino-(6-phenoxathiin-2-yl)-4-phenylnicotinonitrile has been synthesized and used as a starting material to construct a novel series of annulated and substituted
pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine systems. Antibacterial and antifungal activities of some
synthesized compounds were evaluated and reported.
