This chapter examines how public banks operating in Egypt and The UAE respond to stakeholders' needs. It uses content analysis to explore the volume, nature, and quality of social information presented on the the websites of these banks and the way in which these banks use web technology to report such information. In relation to internet capabilities for communication, it is surprising that public banks in both countries do not use the Web possibilities to communicate the social information to different stakeholders. The searchability of information is poor, accessibility to social information is low, and communication forms other than PDF and HTML are not used. This is unexpected as public banks do not use the internet capabilities to facilitate communication with all stakeholders in the Arab/global region. This is might be because of lack of I.T. experts in these banks to customize the presentation of social information to meet the needs of different stakeholders. It is essential for public banks to enhance the use of Web capabilities to act as a role model in relation to using the new medium of communication.
