Abstract
Sera of cattle vaccinated, either a monovalent vaccine of BL, H.S, FMD and RVF or a multicomponent vaccine of the four diseases were subjected to different serological tests specific for each vaccine and ELISA. The antibody titers of the sera tested allover12 months revealed a high antibody titer in each type of vaccine, but the titers were much higher in oil adjuvant vaccine than aluminum hydroxide gel vaccines.
