The research aims to develop sports activities at the University of Banha management through the application of standards and the terms of overall quality and knowledge of the most influential of the overall quality items for the development of sports activities at the University of Banha management factors, the researcher used the descriptive study was conducted on a sample of 40 Specialist Activity athletes from working at the University of Banha where the sample was scoping the first 10 of the Sporting specialists at the University of Banha The results showed that there are some problems in the hubs of research and private axis of human and material resources in the first instance and then the focus of the obstacles faced by the Youth Welfare Administration, and then the focus of the goals and focus of the organizational structure The researcher job analysis of these problems and then work solutions form for these problems and display them on the same sample result was that the solutions achieved a large proportion of the sample yes response and agreeing to these solutions must therefore work on the application of these solutions to the problems facing youth care at the University of Management Banha as well as to avoid these problems in the future before they occur and to work on the development of young care management at the University of Benha.
