Abstract
N-antipyryl-acrylamide monomer (NAA)(2, 3-dimethyl-1-phenyl-5-oxo-3-pyrazolin-4-
yl acryloylamine) was copolymerized with acrylonitrile in dimethyl formamide using
azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. The homopolymer and also the copolymers were
characterized by a variety of spectral and thermal methods. Thermogravimetry (TG) and
