Abstract
Purpose-Preparation of new organotin polymers via a new synthetic route based on the
exchange reactions of pentachlorophenyl acrylate or methacrylate with amino-tri-phenyltin
benzoates or hydroxyl-tri-phenyltin benzoates. Design/methodology/approach-The
pentachlorophenyl acrylate or methacrylate was prepared by polymerisation in solution with
