Abstract

The knitting industry is considered one of the future industries because the direction of the global development whether from terms of the machines development,or the use of raw materials, trends to knitted industry for that it is characterized by its low cost of production which leads to the cheap of its prices compared with woven fabrics. It is noted that the exploitation of the loss of knitted fabrics did not take the enough attention compared with the high percentage of losses from those materials, and no doubt this matter needs the necessity of know how to deal with the loss of raw materials. The study was carried out by using the computer at El-Shorbagi factory in Giza, Egypt, and studying some markers that are already exisit for women's sleepwear or t-shirts to increase the efficiency percentage of markers by exploitation of cutting remainders which are those spaces between the parts of the models in the "Marker", and this in addition to the unused pieces of cloth due to multitude defects such as the end of the loops and the parts that are joined that are considered part of the cutting remainders of fabrics to make T-shirt or "Top" of the child decorated through the method of patchwork of raw materials or the method of addition or using embroidery or printing, providing assistance to companies producing knitted clothes in order to increase the efficiency percentage of markers and reducing percentage of cutting remainders.
