Abstract
The important unconventional method to get interspecific hybrid calli was carried out as DNA of the wild type parent isolated, purified and sprayed on calli of the cultivated parents. Then using kanamycien antibiotic to detect the survival calli (resistant to kanamycien at 1000 mg/L concentration on the selective media). After two weeks, all the used calli revealed resistance to kanamycien which is considered as a good indicator to get hybrid calli. Only wild type calli showed highly percentage of resistance to kanamycien while all the cultivated parents

showed susceptibility to kanamycien treatment. Many researchers worked on different crops like wheat, barley and tobacco revealed that several techniques for detection DNA delivery are avialable, ranging uptake of DNA into isolated protoplasts mediated by BJchemical procedure or electroporation to injection and use of high-velocity particles to introduce DNA into intact tissue, Ledoux and Hurt,1969;
