For the purpose of comparing electrical nanostructured materials prepared by different synthesis methods, nano-crystalline Ferrites were synthesized using two different routes: soft chemistry and high – energy ball milling. The characterization of as – prepared powders were investigated and their electrical properties were studied and discussed using different models.
