Abstract
The inhibition effect of [Cu+ 2 cation+ 3, 5-dimethyl pyrazole] mixture of different molar ratios on the corrosion of carbon steel in a 0.5 M H2SO4 solution was studied using both weight loss and galvanostatic polarization techniques. The inhibiting solutions were analyzed using UV–visible spectrophotometric before and after polarization measurements.
