Abstract

In this paper a method for modelling and simulation of a system composed of a fully-controlled rectifier bridge, a voltage-source inverter and an induction motor is represented. The software package MATLAB/SIMULINK to model and simulate each component of the system is used. The simulation presented is used to perform a comprehensive investigation of the transient behaviour of the system.
