Abstract
Introducing home energy controller HEC programs will make the electricity
consumption more efficient and smarter. The HEC improves and increases savings in bills
for consumers. It also reduces the peak demand and peak to average ratio (PAR) for the
utility grid. In this paper an algorithm is proposed for an intelligent HEC to control and
