Abstract
The aim of this work was to study toll like receptors 4 (TLR4) and TLR 9 expression in the peripheral blood of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus ( SLE) patients , in the peripheral blood and muscle tissue of Dermatomyositis (DM) patients and explore their correlations to their clinical manifestations and disease activities .
