The research aims to design an electronic educational site and see its impact on the level of performance skills and the level of achievement of some cognitive skills of the first group to play from the top (Nage - Waza) in the sport of judo.
The researcher used the experimental method by using the experimental design of two groups one of them is experimental and the other is control and basic research sample included (60) students of the first year students at the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys - Benha University for the academic year 2012/2013.

The main findings of the researcher is the superiority of the experimental group that learnt by the use of the proposed educational site address in the level of performance skills and cognitive level of achievement in the sport of judo.
The researcher recommends the need to apply the proposed educational site address on the Internet in teaching judo for the students of the Faculty of Physical Education, as well as working on establish more educational sites on the Internet in the motor activities of various faculties of Physical Education in collaboration with experts and specialists in the field of educational technology and use it to conduct similar studies.
