ملخص الدراسة دراسة تقويمية للبرامج التدريبية بمركز التدريب وخدمة المجتمع بجامعة الملك سعود من وجهة نظر المتدربين د. هاني محمد يونس موسى هدفت الدراسة الحالية التوصل إلى تصور مقترح لتطوير البرامج التدريبية المقدمة من مركز التدريب وخدمة المجتمع بجامعة الملك سعود للمتدربين من القطاعات الأمنية، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتبلورت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس التالي: كيف يمكن تحسين البرامج التدريبية بمركز التدريب وخدمة المجتمع بجامعة الملك سعود في ضوء آراء المتدربين؟، وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من المقترحات والتوصيات لتحقيق أهدافها، منها: بناء نظام فعال لمتابعة وتقويم البرامج التدريبية المقدمة للقطاعات الأمنية بالرياض، وإيجاد آلية لعمل تقويم شامل لتلك البرامج التدريبية، والاهتمام بطرق تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية، وإشراك جهات التدريب مع الجهات المستفيدة لتحديد الاحتياجات وفق أسس موضوعية، وتشكيل لجنة من مسؤولي القطاعات الأمنية ومسؤولي مركز التدريب وخدمة المجتمع مسؤوليتها تنفيذ برامج تدريبية وفق متطلبات تلك القطاعات الأمنية، ومن ثم تقويمها بشكل علمي سليم. الكلمات المفتاحية: البرنامج التدريبي- القطاعات الأمنية- المتدرب Abstract Evaluative Study of the Training Programs held at the Center for Training and Community Service, King Saud University, From the Perspective of Trainees DR. Hany Mohamed Youns Mousa Assistant Professor of Foundations of Education Faculty of Education - Benha University The present study aimed to reach a vision of a proposal to improve the level of the training programs, provided by the Training and the Community Service Center at King Saud University to the security sectors. It used a descriptive approach. The problem of the study focused on the following main question: How to improve the level of the training programs, provided by the Training and the Community Service Center at King Saud University to the security sectors, in the light of the views of trainees? The study offered a group of suggestions and recommendations such as: building an effective system for monitoring and evaluating the training programs provided to the security sectors in Riyadh, providing a comprehensive assessment mechanism of the training programs, paying attention to the ways of determining the training needs, engaging the training center with the beneficiaries in determining the training needs according to objective rules, and forming a committee of both the security sector officials and the Training and the Community Service Center at King Saud University officials; its responsibility is to implement the training programs according to the needs of the security sectors , and then to evaluate it in a proper scientific way.
