استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على الأسس العلمية التي يقوم عليها مدخل الإدارة الإلكترونية بالجامعات، رصد وتحليل أهم المشكلات التى تواجه الطلاب الوافدين بجامعة بنها، والتوصل إلى آليات مقترحة للحد من مشكلات الطلاب الوافدين من خلال تطبيقات الإدارة الإلكترونية.
واعتمد البحث الحالي على المنهج الوصفي لدراسة المشكلة حيث يهتم بوصف الظاهرة اعتماداً على جمع الحقائق والبيانات ومعالجتها وتحليلها تحليلاً كافيا لاستخلاص دلالتها وتفسيرها وتحليلها، مستعيناً بتطبيق إستبانة للتعرف على واقع تطبيقات الإدارة الإلكترونية بجامعة بنها، بالإضافة إلى الأسلوب الإحصائي لمعالجة نتائج الإطار الميداني.
وفي النهاية تم التوصل الى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات تمثلت في:
- نتائج وتوصيات خاصة بواقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية.
- نتائج وتوصيات خاصة بمتطلبات تفعيل وظائف الإدارة الإلكترونية:

Abstract:
The current research is targeted at identifying the electronic management approach based scientific bases at universities in addition to observing and analysing the most important dilemmas faced by expatriate students to banha university, as well as reaching a proposed mechanism to eliminate the problems of expatriate students via electronic management applications.
The current research depends on the descriptive methodology to study the problem as it cares about describing the phenomenon through collecting facts and sufficiently analysing data in order to extract it's significance plus interpreting and analysing it by using a questionnaire so that actualities of electronic management applications could be identified in banha university, as well as adopting the statistical methodology for processing the outputs of the field.
Finally, a set of conclusions and recommendations have been reached represented in the following:

- Conclusions and recommendations specific to requirements of applying electronic management functions.
