Abstract
In this paper, we shall use the Pop method [8] to solve equation of unsteady motion of a non-Newtonian fluid between two infinitely extended parallel plates in the presence of an external magnetic field, when upper plate is moving with uniform velocity and the lower plate is performing linear oscillations in its own plane. This method is demonstrated to obtain an analytical solution for the velocity distribution. Also the skin – friction coefficient are computed for values of and .
