Abstract

Unsteady boundary layer flow of non-Newtonian fluid obeying power law model in the presence of an external magnetic field is solved numerically. The nonlinear equation of motion is transformed to a ordinary differential equation by using similarity solutions. Numerical results were presented in each of these forms velocity profile and the skin friction. The effects of the parameters of the non-Newtonian (power law) and magnetic field are shown and discussed.
