Abstract
the aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of a proposed training program
using distance learning platforms in developing contemplative practices and selfefficacy
of (٣٥) middle science teachers. It also aimed to identify the effect of training
teachers through the program on developing reflective thinking skills at (١٢٠) of
middle school students, and it was ensured that the research objectives were achieved
through the application of quantitative tools that included the cognitive test of the
content of the program, the measure of contemplative teaching practice for female
teachers, the scale of self-efficacy of female teachers, the scale of reflective thinking
skills for intermediate school students, and tools The qualitative., and the results
reached the program’s effectiveness in what it aimed to, among the most important
recommendations was the need to adopt contemplative teaching. Its tools and
