Investigatingthe variations in sea level spans many fields of research including oceanography, geology, climatology, geodesy, coastal engineering and the socio-economics of coastal zones (SANDESH et al, 2012).Coastal regions around the world are places with advanced economy and almost half of the Earth‟s population (FENG et al,2012). Therefore, it is important to monitor regional sea level changes, which is directly related to our living environments, marine ecosystems, coastal erosion and marsh destruction, particularly in denser population areas (GUIPING et al, 2012).
