Abstract
The human hydrosalpinex fluid taken during laparoscopic procedures for pelvic pain, swellings, pelvic inflammatory diseases or infertility. The fluid
was kept sterile and inthe freeaze till used for studing its effect on the male
and female murine gametes and the resulting IVF embryoes. The cleavage of the fertilized ovum was studed under microscopy. The implantation ratio was studied in a susequent study. The hydrosalpinex fluid was found to be deleterious toh male and female murine gametes and the early fertfertilized ovum. In addition it it was affecting negatively the rate of cleavage .
