Abstract
supracervical laparoscopic hysterectomy with less blood loss, less complications , less time and reserve sexual function . Pain after the procedure is less. The incidence of dyspareunia, unorgasm and even desire is better with supracervical after satsfied act. We recommend supracervical hysterectomy particulaly if there is no vaginal lesions as prolapse , stress incontinenceor defficient perineum in need of repair. Laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy is indicated in such lesions to allow semiltaneoussemiltaneous repair of such lesions.
