Abstract
In this study, a total of 54 male patients with asymptomatic cases of lymphatic filariasis were selected from the known endemic governorates; Da-mietta, Sharkia, Gharbia and Da-kahha. Medical sheets were filled out for cach case. Diagnosis was based on detection of circulating microfilariae by specific ELISA. Some were treated with rvermectin@, and Albendåzole Thé treated eåses were parasitologi-cally and serologically evaluated pre-treatment and post-trcatment for lwo years tbllow-up.
