Thinking in the urban space with a functional and aesthetical form came through the need of joy and satisfaction, though the ability of the Creator in planning and designing the urban spaces with its lovely gardens in paradise. Quran has described the paradise that God promised his believers and his Messenger Prophet Mohamed Allah bless him, with gardens that contains rivers flows under and fruits of every kind.
Almighty Allah said:
﴿ مَثَلُ الْجَنَّةِ الَّتِي وُعِدَ الْمُتَّقُونَ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ أُكُلُهَا دَائِمٌ وَظِلُّهَا تِلْكَ عُقْبَى الَّذِينَ اتَّقَوْا وَعُقْبَى الْكَافِرِينَ النَّارُ ﴾
سورة الرعد آية 35 .

This research paper aims to highlight the importance of site planning with urban spaces in new cities in Egypt as follows:
• Activating the role of the urban planner and site coordinator in a scheme to contribute to the upgrading of the coordinating level according to scientific and technological progress and modern architectural styles using elements of an urban pattern to put solutions to Visual problems according to Follows:
o The use of technological development in setting up open spaces.
o The interaction between the environment and space users.
o Increasing the effectiveness of urban open spaces and transforming them into a high design standard.
o The importance of reflecting the environmental function to open space with designing and furnishing it.
This paper came out to put an evaluation system to the elements that should be in urban spaces and to put a full methodology to beautify the visual environment of urban spaces in new cities.
