Abstract
It is historically proven that Kirdasah village has special dexterity with global reputation, especially Gilbab manufacturing. Recently, this dexterity serves exterior tourism rather than the interior tourism. This dexterity, if adopted and enhanced by taking out any untrained labors and bad art, would be a good representation for the Egyptian culture and civilization. Thus, Kirdasah is considered as initiative site for sustainable development that has significant criteria that attract the foreigner and local tourist. The research aims to establish a comprehensive study that provides the required means of success for a formal project in adjacent site to old Kirdasah. That site would have new traffic axis to facilitate accessibility, concentrating on a study for architectural context that would be a modular design unit that called project owner
