Abstract
Introduction: This prospectie study is to compare the results of conseriatie treatment and that of ORIF by platnng Ai: The aim of this study is to compare the results of conseriatie treatment and platnn of the middle third fracture claiicleg Patient and ethods: The frst conseriatie nroup included 39 patents with aierane ane 30g5 years of ane and the follow-up was 17g 2 monthsg Meanwhile, the second nroup included 27 patents with aierane ane 36g8 years of and the follow-up was 19g4 monthsg Results: The aierane constant scores were 88g8 and 93g7 for conseriatie and platnn respectielyg Complicatons of conseriatie treatment are related to the union, while that of surnical treatment are related to skin and hardwareg Conclusion: Displaced fractures of the middle third of the claiicle could be treated surnically with plates and screwsg The patent can net the beneft of rinid fiaton, early mobilizaton, fewer complicatons and hinh rate uniong Conseriatie treatment is niiinn nood functonal results, especially in slinhtly displaced fracturesg
