Abstract
التعليم المستمر للمهندسين ضرورة تحتمها ظروف عصر التقنية الحديثة ويهدف إلى تنمية قدرات ومهارت المهندسين وتقديم كل ماهو جديد ومتطور لهم وتدريبهم عليه . وعملية تطوير التعليم المستمر ، وكذلك كيفية تطوير التعليم الهندسي داخلها ، ثم تستعرض الدراسة الوضع الراهن للتعليم المستمر في منطقتنا وتقدم الصورة المطلوبة للتعليم المستمر الحديث المتطور وأهدافه ومشتملاته . ثم تقدم الدراسة إسلوبي التعليم الذاتي والتعليم التعاوني كأنواع وأنظمة جديدة للتعليم المستمر . Continues education for engineers is important necessity in the technology time. It aims to develop skills and abilities of engineer. It also presents the new and developed engineering theories and methods. Development of continues education begins with developing the present engineering education. So this paper presents missions of engineering faculties and institutes and institutes and the role must be played to create engineer that able getting continues education, contents and its aims are discussed. Self-education and cooperative-education as new methods of continues education are presented .
