Complex of grafted cellulose copolymer was prepared from the reaction of cellulose with monomer (N-methacryloxyphthalimide). This monomer was prepared from the reaction of metha acrylic acid with N-hydroxyphthalimid in presence of N,N-Dicyclohexylcarbodiimide(DCC).
